After several long months, I finally picked up my pencil and drew something new. I've been wanting to do a picture of my main character, Vincent for a long time. Although it's not perfect, I think it came out pretty well. It feels good to draw again--it feels like going back to my roots.

I've discovered that I'm getting better and better at writing and my art ability is falling to the wayside. To be honest, I'm much more inspired with my novel at the moment. Still, I don't want to lose the skills I've built up over the years, so I plan to draw a bit more often again.

I'd still like to take a watercolor class so I can get good at coloring that way. Maybe next semester.
